• Full payment is required to confirm your spot in a course.

• Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the course.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a positive and productive experience, participants must:

• Attend all sessions punctually and participate actively.

• Notify instructors of any special needs or concerns prior to the course.

• Handle provided instruments and materials responsibly.

• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

MusicJourney is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during sessions.

• Disruptions caused by external factors, such as technical issues or unforeseen events.
